Hi.
I'm gonna be curating a special thread for everyone who's interested in this topic to read. It's gonna oscillate between easy reads, difficult reads, funny tweets, informative tweets, and probably some other stuff. Mainly I'm bored and some people have asked me about it anyway and my thoughts on it, and what some steps are. I'll post stuff from the Times, Post, Politico, etc. And probably some infowars stuff for lawlz. Definitely some of the Jay Rosen type stuff I've posted lately and tagged people who are interested in that too, and how the media isn't covering it the right way. How to cover it effectively, and how the media is adapting or not adapting to it.

Brennan also stated the following a little later, "frequently individuals on a treasonous path do not even realize they're on that path until it's too late". Take from that what you will. And remember that Brennan hasn't been informed on stuff happening in the investigation for several months now, and reported these concerns to the FBI.

www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/jared-kushner-now-under-fbi-scrutiny-russia-probe-say-officials-n764826Day late on this (busy yesterday), but if/when they link Jared it'll most likely be a firm indicator of everyone else in the campaign being involved in this scheme. Jared's the easiest one to link to Russia because he's.....well the most open about it in public despite denying everything in private conversations or private documents. It's kind of interesting. Plus he's also the one there's already documents on him taking money to and from Russians. It'll still be months before this goes anywhere, but ultimately Jared is where this starts to go from very concerning matter to "oh shit he did what"

It may be possible that Kushner came along bit later, and he was not directly involved in pre-january meetings with the Russians. I don't know if he is legally barred from making personal business dealings or not while employed in the presidential administration. That may apply more to the president himself and VP, but I do not know where they legally draw the line.

Apparently Trump and folks close to him have begun considering changing up staff. I am guessing he is trying to distance himself, and then he could call plausible deniability.
They are hunkering down for the coming months.. -they are putting together a power legal defense team -creating a war room to strategize along the way.. "Aides are talking about bringing Corey Lewandowski, Mr. Trump’s former campaign manager, and David Bossie, his former deputy campaign manager, onto the White House staff to manage the war room." -limiting daily press briefings.. "Under the evolving scenario, Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, would take a diminished public role, with daily on-camera briefings replaced by more limited interactions with journalists" -Trump to be on tv with "friendly" news organization so I assume foxnews.. "Mr. Trump would seize more opportunities to communicate directly with his core supporters through campaign rallies, social media appearances such as Facebook Live videos, and interviews with friendly news organizations" -Trump advised to tweet less by his lawyers so his tweets can't be legally used against him in court when shit hits the fan
Things are speeding up across white house administration. I am curious to see who gets fired or pushed out the door.

Latest update since mister Rosez has been slacking off! Trump fucked up again by running his mouth on twitter.. Kekeke Plus, Comey is no longer employed by Trump administration so he is a plain citizen now. He no longer has to protect his job so he can come clean without any consequences. It will be very interesting to see what Comey has to say. Remember, it is this upcoming Thursday at 10am.

And it begins..
Undermining Comey’s credibility... Lmao, 3 months ago Trump and these guys were gushing over Comey’s credibility after Hillary email scandal. Funniest troll response by a democrat on the committee would be to read a bunch of Trump's tweets where he is gushing over Comey’s credibility just a few months ago and ask Republicans "hey guys, is Trump an inconsistent unstable flip-flopping dodo?" Trump would go bonkers on twitter lmao

The Sessions potential resignation is interesting for like ten million reasons but the most important ones: Why? Is it because he can't stop the investigation and Trump wants someone who will? Is this a win because now we (hopefully) won't have a ridiculous racist as AG? Is the new guy gonna be put in solely for stopping the investigation?

Is this a win because now we (hopefully) won't have a ridiculous racist as AG? Is the new guy gonna be put in solely for stopping the investigation? Supposedly, Trump has been raging at Sessions for backing out of the investigation. Just Trump being a whiny spoiled lil biatch when he doesn't get what he wants. It's too late to bring someone else in after assigning Mueller. It would look really bad to switch now and then try to exert pressure to drop Mueller, but it's Trump. Not the sharpest tool in the shed lol I am guessing we find out on Thursday whether we have another orange clown meltdown on our hands or not. Everyone just needs to avoid eye contact with the orangutan so he doesn't shit his pants on Thursday. I secretly welcome such a meltdown so I can party in a shower of sheer joy as the clown jumps off the trampoline and pees all over himself lol

I think the more interesting part of what happens is gonna be the private Senate briefing that we won't find out about for a while.

So many bombshells..http://www.politico.com/interactives/2017/james-comey-trump-russia-testimony-2017-key-moments/
Plus saying Mueller is probably investigating Trump for obstruction of justice
He made it sound like the Flynn probe was nearing an end and that it was going to end badly for him.
The Sessions that made it sound like he was involved in stuff.
Very very interesting. Glad he confirmed himself as the leaker though. Although he might have just gotten himself into trouble for it. Props for being a ballsy MFer.

Of course the biggest one was Cotton asking if you (Comey) think he colluded with the Russians and Comey replying "I don't think I should answer that in open court" I'm sure that's something they're discussing right now. Surprised Cotton asked that one though.

Glad he confirmed himself as the leaker though. Although he might have just gotten himself into trouble for it. Props for being a ballsy MFer. Since it contained nothing classified, it won't be anything but a reprimand in the end. He was a private citizen at the time and so not exactly bound by his position as director working for the government. I don't see any criminal charges coming out of that for him.

Snowden tweeted (and I disagree with him on it but get the point) that Patreaus did the same thing and still got in trouble. They're not really classified documents per se, but it's still a pretty grey area.

Trump's lawyer just spoke.
He focused on Comey saying Trump was not under investigation. According to the lawyer, Trump is free from ever being subject to an investigation or part of the Russian investigation lol.
He focused on Comey as a leaker leaking documents to his friends that Trump may have used executive privilege on, but the thing is that Comey was a private citizen at the time of the leak. Trump can only use executive privilege on current employees, not private citizens.
Third point he made was that Trump never asked for loyalty and never asked for Flynn investigation to drop. He is literally saying Comey lied under oath and the memos are all not only incorrect but blatant lie under oath. He said-he said sort of thing but the distinction is that Trump doesn't have to say anything under oath unless if he is impeached. This also means the tapes will never be released.. I believe Comey was not lying under oath at all so that means Trump and his lawyer just lied with the difference being they are not under oath.

Senator Warner or w/e from the hearing committee said they will probably subpoena for the tapes. Now this could get very interesting lol.
Trump in a lose-lose situation. If they subpoena the tapes, Trump will have to say there are no tapes and so he is admitting the tweet was a lie (or his lawyer will say Trump was joking or something bs).
Since I believe Comey was telling the truth and Trump's lawyer just publicly stated that Trump never said those things, I believe they cannot keep these tapes even if they exist. They don't have a choice but to covertly destroy them unless if Comey did in fact lie under oath and completely fabricated the memos.

Here's why I don't think there's tapes: we'd know because the white house is leaky as fuck I'd probably be surprised if there were any just because I don't know how he kept them secret. I think they benefit from not confirming/denying because they like to keep people on their toes. It's why Trump constantly shifted the news cycle during his campaign and still tries to to some extent now.
