SPOILER WARNING:{Spoiler} Why didn't Dany have her dragon kill the Night king while they were so close? It would have ended the walkers right there and then

I feel like there was like 9 when they left, but I swear the number grew during the episode. I know they did a lot of fake deaths in that fight....but still. What a great episode, that's probably the best one they've had. And Emilia Clarke acted pretty well in it! very good episode! Issues I had ( SPOILER WARNING BELOW): {Spoiler}{Spoiler} -Why did they not run following Gendry? -How did Gendry return that fast to Eastwatch within just hours? -How did the fighters at Eastwatch see Gendry in that fog and know he was there? -How did Dany know where they were? -Where did they get the chains to pull dragon up? I think they did, they were just slower, hence having him lead off, them fighting a little and drawing attention. PLOT CONVENIENCES!!!! Dany probably found them by just having the dragon's fire clear the fog/again plot conveniences.

SPOILER WARNING:{Spoiler} Why didn't Dany have her dragon kill the Night king while they were so close? It would have ended the walkers right there and then She didn't know the significance of him. Plus, I think he's immune to fire. When he was walking down we saw him step through it and basically calm the flames down entirely around him.

My only big complaint about this was Benjen/coldhands going out like that.
I feel like the ultimate twist would have been if that was just night's prince or some shit, and then he took over Jon's body after killing him and he was really the night's king. Fire and Ice forreal up in here.

bladefd HE BENT THE KNEE! HE BENT THE KNEE!!!!!!! HE BENT THE KNEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! Jon: "I won't bend the knee but....." (1hr 3m mark, ep 6) He will accept her as queen, but he has outright refused to bend his knee, he still refuses to bend knee, and he will never bend his knee. He has no desire whatsoever to be king and/or need to resist her. Sorry ballup, olive you but there is no and will be no Jon bending his knee to her or anyone in Westeros, Easteros, Northeros or Southeros. Dany has accepted that and so will Westeros. Especially once they know about the annulment. Jon needs to bend his knee to no one because he is technically the rightful heir to the throne. No ballup, no no no no no

Is this what Jameer calls "cope"? And I thought I was a literal person. Bending the knee doesn't have to be physical especially if you are resting on a bed due to injuries.
Dany: "I'm not the company you want to keep" Jon: "Not Dany. How about my queen?" Also, Danny dies next season. Foreshadowed by her conversation with Tyrion and the mention of her not being able to have children.

Foreshadowed by her conversation with Tyrion and the mention of her not being able to have children. Well, I meant both literally and metaphorically. He can say "you are the queen, and I relinquish my rights to the north", but he didn't go there. He knows the folks in the north won't just freely accept her over Jon, and Jon knows it. Jon is still their leader and captain until we see otherwise. Truly bending knee would be to relinquish all rights to any throne. Maybe he will tell his folks he is no longer king in the north, but until he does so publicly, he hasn't truly bent his knee.

Then after episode 6 leaks, you say the condition was never physically bending his knee but metaphorically. So you already changed conditions after the fact. I'm still saying that Jon refuses to bend his knee to anyone as a broad statement (including both physically bending knee and metaphorically bending knee). You are completely disregarding the part where Jon said "I won't bend the knee....." (1hr 3m mark, ep 6). I have the exact moment and you are saying "Oh, it's not physically bending his knee", but I'm not even concerned about physically or metaphorically. Did Jon did or didn't say "I won't bend the knee....."? or no will do, ballybaby. ^_^

I am pretty sure Jon said "I would bend the knee...but", he was injured of course. Either way he didn't mean it the "I will be your bitch" way, he accepted her as HIS queen, while he is her KING. It's an equal relationship. He is still going to be the one giving orders and telling everyone what to do, even Dany. Like she said, they are going to do this together. Now that they know each other, there are no politics involved. She is his wife basically.

So far, Jon is not beneath her whatsoever - if he had truly bent his knee (physically OR metaphorically), he would no longer be equal to Dany. But what we have seen is something else entirely as I have been saying. I think it's a done deal. Dany and Jon are going to smash soon as I predicted long time ago. Ice and Fire are together.

She wanted it from him as a sign he accepts her, when she didn't know him that well. But now it doesn't even matter, after she saw those scars and him in battle, she knows he is the real deal. When he called Dany "My Queen" that showed her more than any bending. She is his waifu now.

Jon does exactly that by calling Dany his queen. This specific referenced moment is a typical American entertainment cliche of "I'd do something for you, but my body won't let me". Go rewatch the episode with subtitles and stop grasping at straws.

I respect Graviton theory, but I disagree with it after reviewing the scene. The message behind the scene is that Jon has come to recognize the character that Dany portrays herself to be and basically says, I'm fine with you being the ruler of Westeros. I think you're a just person.

ballup Graviton bladefd Let's say he doesn't actually bend the knee physically or metaphorically. Than what's the point of the Jon and Tormund talk, were Tormund told him paraphrasing here, " you've been hanging around the free folk for too long. Mance's pride made him not bend his knee, and how many wildlings lives were lost for it?" Come on guys *cough bladefd cough* I expect better!
