Not quality, but loved:
Chuck Community Happy Endings Mad Men Scrubs
Other than Mad Men (the only show I've ever watched where I needed to step back and think about wtf I just saw), I end up marathoning the crap out of these shows if I start watching just one episode. Love them, flaws and all. Even when Scrubs gets really bad for a season, or two, I didn't mind and I actually didn't hate Community's gas leak season. It was annoying because Community is a unique show and the gas leak season removed that identity. But it was still better than most on tv for what that was. Same with Chuck which had more flaws than all of them. Probably combined. That might be favorite show, tho, so fuck it.
Missed the cut:
Dexter - Likely makes it if it ended after Season 4. But I stayed to the end I hated myself for it. Season 1 of Dexter is still probably my favorite season of a tv show.
Friday Night Lights - I need to rewatch the series one day. Loved the first, third, and final seasons. Thinking back, second wasn't as bad if you can look past the Landry-Tyra storyline and Julie being a dumb bitch. idk. I didn't like the new cast at first then eventually grew to like them. I wonder what would happen if I watched the final two seasons again. All these other shows I've watched through at least twice so that also deters me.
Gilmore Girls - Not even a guilty pleasure. I love this show so much. Was between this or Happy Endings for my final spot. Spotty final couple seasons and I want to smack Dean so I went with the show cancelled before it fell off.
Parks and Rec - When it's good it's gooood. Once Leslie got into office it lost me a little. Season 1 is a throwaway. So you get three great seasons with several great episodes littered throughout (from Leslie & Ben to the series finale). Too much inbetween I didn't care for and the Leslie never being the wrong shtick got old. Sticking with the theme, another show that if you removed season's worth of episodes I would probably put them in.
Party Down - Like I said in the other thread, I think this is the best comedy ever in terms of overall quality and whatnot. Personally I just so happen to like a few other ones a little more. It's brilliant tho.

Based on the top of my head (I haven't examined in depth) Looney Tunes South Park Curb your Enthusiasm Simpsons Family Guy Bro, you are faaaar behind on shows. We need to get you on a 2-month anime break and watching some great shows to catchup! Start with Game of Thrones and breaking bad. If you want to watch fewer episodes and into well calculated episodes, start with True Detective season 1 -- it is spectacular, bro! I think you would enjoy Firefly too since it is cool scifi but I would start with the other 3 shows first.

Feels good not to be a sheeple i suppose. Depends on how good the show is. Shows like Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, True Detective season 1 are very well done. Even firefly, which actually became popular years after release/cancellation, is well done. If it was a crap show that you were watching just to follow the crowd like Walking Dead since season 2 or Greys anatomy or OC or one tree hill or some other popular overrated junk show, you would be right. There are many exceptions where a show is popular and very well done. Not really fair to discard shows just because they were popular; otherwise, you wouldn't have seen 'curb your enthusiasm'
