Ballot*
These are obviously four very different candidates with sizable support. Most Americans are sick of party bullshit. Why do we have to crown one person from each party to have square off in some media hyped social spectacle? Just so it's easier for the mob think masses?
Why not have four-way debates? And a four-way ballot?
Anyone have a good reason?

I like the ballot idea, but the problem I believe is the system has already been established to make it difficult to have any significant changes (at least quicker changes for the short term). There are dues paid by the politicians, which sets up a chain reaction of connections, rules, obligations,etc. It could also mess up their campaign funding if they don't want to spend more of their own money, but I don't mind that at all.

If nobody gets 270, goes to a vote by the House, with the top 3 on the ballot.
Would need to change the electoral process to allow a plurality (and not necessarily a majority) to win for more than two parties to be viable.
