Zai x 10 was great, same author that did Nichibros. They kept mentioning that Danshii sold shit loads of copies  I still liked Nichibros better, but Zaix10 started picking up its humor (that or I started enjoying it more) once it got passed Ch. 20. |

It's a shame we'll never get to see a proper adaptation for the "Lost Children" arc. Haven't gotten there yet, but I will probably agree with you. With the manga's level of artwork and detail, along with a deep/dark interesting story, how the hell does Berserk not have 75+ episodes already is beyond me. They need to pull a Legends of Galactic Heroes, and make it into OVAs instead. That way, less shit is filtered and the studio can go at its own pace to thoroughly animate the author's work and not butcher it. Berserk is famous enough that people will buy the DVDs/BluRays. Just mind boggling. If they're that concern with funds, just do 1 volume and then wait to see the reception or do a kickstart/gofundme. Really need a Madhouse / Bones / Ufotable to work on a reboot. I don't know the success rate of reboots, but for popular manga, they seem to improve FullMetal Alchemist with Brotherhood Hunter x Hunter with 2011 JoJo Bizarre Adventures from OVAs to TV series Hellsing Ultimate from TV series to OVAs |

Aside from the drastic difference im ecchi levels between anime and manga, shinsekai Yori manga is much better at explaining concepts and showing ethical issues that remain a problem for the civilians to solve. I got confused about what's going on but reading the manga made me understand better (builds it better). Not finished yet though but the first and a half arc is much more thorough

After reading, it does kinda make sense for survivors but not so much for other things though. Aunty and company starting a community on an island, living happily ever after. Hideo playing urban version of The Long Dark IRL. The rest doesn't matter. Just survive.  |
