Can't stand a conservative man What's wrong with a person who believes in something that has worked? To believe in what has worked for their parents. I am all for progression, but that doesn't mean you shit on everything your parents, grandparents, and great grandparents worked hard to build, not only when it comes to politics. I appreciete it more as I live in a small country that isn't as diverse, but oh man the left just want to destroy everything that has to do with our culture.

You have to moderate yourself and build a coalition. Its much better than giving anyone who can get 5% of the vote a platform to promote their propaganda. I dont want a socialist and fascist party in congress tyvm.

Washington said he didnt want parties, but Im not aware of another one that did. In fact, most of the others in fact joined/created parties. Go look at the federalist party. It was created basically immediately and filled with founding fathers.

James madison and alexander hamilton (i think) wrote about it in one of the federalist papers. there argument was that the formation of parties is inevitable but in order to control them the country would have to be operated as a republic as opposed to a democracy. The whole idea at the time was that if and when parties are formed, they can't be too big and poweful to be usurped by smaller parties (which they have been for decades at this point)

Theyre being increasingly hijacked by people in the fringe of the party, which most americans have no relation to. Think if Trump and Sanders both won, you could easily have a third party victory and a new party take the spot of one of them. More likely though, they just change their platform, which is basically the same thing.

Easily? I think you're drastically underestimating ho much money and power it would take to have an overhaul of the twoparty system.
