I'm going to have to side with @gabistabi on this one, although Skipping February🚧✊🏿🚫 has a point about the Jazz always letting players walk who we should've kept. Xiao brings up good points in the Jazz forum though that this franchise is cheap and usually isn't willing to pay big to keep a lot of players. Thank goodness Anus Cancer is gone though, never liked the dude. Always, you've always got to root for your team, even in tanking years. And this is for you Gabi #mormonpower |

Explain what we could have gotten for an expiring contract? I am waiting Dont teams get the chance to match any contract? Im pretty sure theyre guaranteed to keep him. Hes a 22 (?) Year old prospect who can already score down low and rebound well. Hes worth a lot.  but we had to match the OKC 18 million bid. He already said he wouldn't accept coming off the bench to Gobert, and I'd rather not pay 18 mill to a sixth man anyway. So if we matched, we'd have a guy with a 18 mill contract.. that was being a bitch. Now how many takers, and what do you think we could have gotten for him? Let me tell you, the list is short, and we would have had to taken thee same money back in the trade. We could do better in the free agency instead of taking scraps from other teams. It wasn't worth it believe me. |

Let it there be a record of it online so there is no question who did it. They won't fire him, no reason at all. With injuries and all we are playoff bound. A good season. And he is a great offensive force, but his playing type is outdated, it doesn't fit anymore. Not a lot of team are gunning for a score first center. Espcially if defense is his weakness. Davis and KAT can both defend and both are hybrid PF/C's. More verstile. Centers like that are the future. |
