Mike Budenholtzer
Erik Spoelstra
Brad Stevens
Steve Clifford
Notice that all these coaches represent the Top 3-6 seeds in the East currently.
What order would you have them and for what reasons ?

Brad Stevens - This man has done a great job. There is great team chemistry and they're winning without no prominent star. Shown improvements from last season Mike Budenholzer - Consistency is maintained and is having another like Spurs-lite quiet season. Difficult to maintain what they did last season, so he shouldn't be penalized. Steve Clifford - Struggled last season, but rebounded. He's doing a fine job. Erik Spolestra - I believe he underachieved, especially last season. I still think Heat are successful because of the talent and not because of the coaching.

Stevens-Clifford-Spo-Bud
Clifford has twice brought a team to the playoffs that really has no reason too. If i told you Big Al wouldn't play half the season and would average 12 points, MKG wouldn't play more than a handful of games, and either Courtney Lee or Marvin Williams would be their third best player you would think they'd be at best a 20-25 win team. Instead they're a defensive juggernaut quietly okay offensively etc.
Spo is just a really good underrated coach. he fucks up a lot, and never got enough credit when he had LeBron, but he's still not going to lose you many games.
Whereas Bud is just a dirty motherfucker. Once the league caught onto the Hawks style of play they really regressed and lucked out last year with Wall getting hurt in the playoffs to send them to the ECF. This year they started off slow (regression), and are okay and maybe even good. But not great. They could easily lose in the first round against any of the other 3 teams we're talking about.

1. Brad Stevens: What Stevens did last year was incredible, leading that Celtics team to the Playoffs even though they finished below .500. This year though they've just gotten better and the emergence of Isaiah Thomas and Jaw Crowder shows me that he has talent for developing talent.
2. & 3. could be either Bud or Clifford, I really don't know much about either, but #4 is clear cut for me
4. Erik Spoelstra: This man is a good coach when he has multiple superstars on his team, not aging stars and rookies. Too many times this year, Spoelstra refuses to ride the hot hand in favor of his set lineups, he's far to robotic for in-game adjustments. I'm not saying the Heat should fire him, but he has had the ability to work with transcendent talents until last season, which is when his weaknesses have really started to show.
